Farrowing Date Requirement for Purebreds:
April 1 and after

All entries coming from outside of Oklahoma
MUST obtain an interstate permit number. Only your accredited veterinarian may obtain this permit number. Veterinarians are encouraged to obtain permits by visiting http://www.ag.ok.gov/ais/ops.htm. Permits can also be obtained by calling the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture at 405.522.6141.
To expedite the check-in process, please email Lisa Kennedy at lisa@nationalswine.com or call 765.463.3594, ext. 105 with the ear notch and registration of your Duroc, Hampshire, Landrace and Yorkshire open show entries only.

NOTE:  The lot number will be assigned upon checking in at the show, owner’s herdmark and name is your information not the original breeder.

Entry Form
In order to participate in NSR or NJSA events, all exhibitors must possess a Premise ID. All animals exhibited at NSR and NJSA events must be identified with a federally approved, permanently numbered eartag. Also, NJSA members must complete Pork Quality Assurance+ training annually to participate in NJSA shows.
