Ingredients:

Salami
Prosciutto
Sliced ham
Colby jack and pepper jack cheese
Candied almonds
Dried mangoes
Grapes
Pickles
Crackers

Directions:

For meat rose:

1. Place meat slices over rim of cup
2. Layer 3-4 times
3. Carefully flip cup over onto board
4. Slowly lift cup so the meat stays in place
   
   Place remaining ingredients on board as desired.
