NJSANATIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

NEED TO KNOW

Entry Information

1. Youth ages 14 to 21 are eligible to attend the National Youth Leadership Conference.
2. Registration fee is $200 per person for BOTH youth participants and parent/guardian attendees.
3. All attendees and participants pay via credit card online.
4. All registrations are FINAL.
5. Hotel reservations are included in the registration fee.
6. ADULT PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
• Adult registration will be $200. This fee will include hotel room for Thursday night and Friday night as well as all meals for Thursday-Saturday.
• Hotel room will be assigned by NSR staff with other adult participants.
• If you would like your own hotel room for the event, please select that option on the entry form.
• If you choose this option, you will be charged for the cost of your hotel room at the end of the event.

Hotel Information

1. The NJSA is only responsible for boarding costs Thursday through Saturday.
• Participants are responsible for hotel costs if arriving on Wednesday evening
2. HOWEVER, the NSR Staff will make sure that the room is booked ahead of time and will make a rooming list for those that are coming in on Wednesday to help lower the cost.
• The NSR Staff will initially cover the cost and send an invoice after the date for the expense.
