The NSR Office will be closed November 28-29th for Thanksgiving. The Texas and Arizona litter recording deadline is December 1st. Please plan accordingly.

OwnershipTransfers

Please fill out the transfer application and mail it to the NSR. 


If you want the NSR to mail your transfer to someone else you have to pay the $1 fee. If you do not need any mailing with your tranfer, your fee is the normal rate.
