There will be limited staff in the NSR office Tuesday, October 6th thru Friday, October 9th, due to the Fall Expo in Duncan, Okla.  Please be plan your pedigree needs accordingly and be patient with our staff.  Your cooperation is appreciated.

Please fill out a registration application and mail it to the NSR with a check, money order or credit card information for payment. 

Online Registration

If you are interested in recording litters online, please contact the NSR at 765-463-3594 to be set up with a username and password, which requires a credit card to be kept on your account.
