Hats Off$68,000 Champion Hampshire Boar2011 IN State FairBred By Watsons & Purchased by A Cut Above
I greatly appreciate Mike, Steve and Ruth having me down to go through their offering for Tuesday’s Cornerstone Genetics Sale. Special thanks to Mike for taking the time to show me their sale entries as well as the sows behind these hogs. I would challenge you to find a set of Hampshire sows as powerful and good skeletoned as what Mike has put together. Some of the highlights of the sow tour include the mother of Hats Off and the former IN State Fair Jr. Show Grand Champion gilt who has been highly influential within their herd.

I spent the past week making stops in SE Iowa and Nebraska. I had some great stops at Rohrig Yorks and Showpigs, Midwest Genetics, 4K Farms, Penner Genetics, and Hirschfeld Livestock and A Cut Above Boar Stud.
If you would like to talk about any of the hogs I have seen give me a call.
It was great seeing everyone in Omaha this weekend. Congratulations to all the winner!!! Good luck at the sale tonight.
As a service to its members, NSR offers a couple of simple ways you can record your litters:
1) Submitting a litter application by mail or fax
2) Recording the litter online
The National Swine Registry allows you to record your litters by mailing in a litter application that you can obtain by clicking on the Registration Application and Sow Productivity Data Form here.
Another very simple way to record your litter is submitting the information online. This method is quicker than having to wait for us to receive your litters through the mail and is very easy. You can enter your litter via our website.
If you haven’t already set up a user name and password, you can obtain one by calling the NSR office at 765-463-3594. Once you’ve recorded your litters, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within one business day letting you know we received your litters.
