Just a quick trip around the breeding pens at Hines farm’s.

The herd boar is Red Draw and he is the sire of most of the red pigs at Cody’s.
The young pig is the 10 litter that’s in the sale. This is a very deep set of pigs, Red Draw looks like he’s getting the job done!

This is just a fast sample of the offering that the Shaffer Family will sell this Saturday at the farm. The York gilt is out of Gateway and is very good from any angle. The Duroc gilt is out of the 63 litter.This gilt is out of one of the heaviest boned litters that I’ve seen. She is out of Got More Of It and is a true foundation female. The Landrace gilt is as solid as they come. She is level, sound, and thick made. She is out of Big Splash and sells on Saturday. Thanks to the Shaffer’s for the time and hope tosee everyone at the sale.
