Midnight: National Junior Show Hogs may begin staging trailers

4 a.m.: Vet check and unloading of Junior hogs begins

8 p.m.: All pigs must be unloaded

7 a.m.- 8 p.m.: National Junior Show Check-In

10 a.m.- 9 p.m.: Virtual Mandatory Exhibitor Meeting is available for viewing

TUESDAY, JULY 7

8 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Team Purebred Live Skillathon Open in the Cattle barn.

8 a.m.: Showmanship

• Amazon Ring (A): Seniors
• Tarzan Ring (B): Intermediate
• Ring C: Juniors
• Ring D: Novice

Noon, or TBD: Crossbred Show

• Rings Amazon (A) and Tarzan (B): Crossbred Barrows, Classes will be determined at the show
• Rings C and D: Crossbred Gilts, Classes will be determined at the show

6 p.m.: All Team Purebred Election Ballots due

WEDNESDAY, JULY 8

8 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Checks available for Team Purebred Exhibitors. NJSA and Crossbred Checks will be mailed.

8 a.m.: Team Purebred Pen Decorating contest is Judged

8 a.m.: Purebred Barrow Show

• Rings C & D: Duroc, Hampshire, Landrace and Yorkshire
• Rings Tarzan (B) & Amazon (A): Berkshire, Chester White, Hereford, Poland China, Spot, and Tamworth

*Immediately following conclusion of Champion Team Purebred Barrow in Team Purebred Ring B: Costume Contest followed by Awards Ceremony, Election Announcement, Recognition of Team Purebred Sponsors

Barrows are released as they finish showing.

THURSDAY, JULY 9

8 a.m. – conclusion of Gilt Show: Checks available for Team Purebred Exhibitors. NJSA and Crossbred Checks will be mailed.

8 a.m.: Purebred Gilt Show

• Rings C & D: Duroc, Hampshire, Landrace and Yorkshire
• Rings Tarzan (B) & Amazon (A): Berkshire, Chester White, Hereford, Poland China, Spot, and Tamworth

All Junior Show entries are released as they finish showing.

8 a.m.- 5 p.m.:  NSR Open Show check-in.

Noon: All Open Show animals must be on grounds

FRIDAY, JULY 10

8 a.m.: Open Breeding Stock Shows

• Crossbred boar show followed by the Yorkshire, Landrace, Hampshire, Duroc gilts and boar shows

SATURDAY, JULY 11

9 a.m.: Crossbred boar sale followed by the Yorkshire, Landrace, Hampshire, Duroc gilts and boar sales 

9:05 a.m.: Team Purebred Foundation Female and Open Hog Sale in Ring B

*Following the Foundation Female will be the Website Banner Auction

*CPS/ ABA sale begins following Team Purebred Events
