Ingredients:
1 can of biscuits
melted butter
1 lb. pork sausage
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Bake biscuits according to directions on can
- Brown sausage in skillet (pork sausage must be cooked to 160 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Remove sausage from skillet, add flour to sausage grease
- Mix flour and grease, slowly add milk
- Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder
- Simmer over medium heat for 5-6 minutes
- Add sausage to gravy, mix well
- Serve gravy on top of biscuits with any other desired toppings!
